La Cubanita was inspired by my fascination with the Cuban people and their amazing zest for life and love. Cuban cuisine has been influenced by so many different cultures from the Spanish who incorporated their traditional foods with the ingredients available on the island to the Africans who introduced new cooking methods and techniques.

The atmosphere and food that my team and I created for La Cubanita reflects the flavors and energy of Cuba — a fun and relaxing atmosphere where you might meet for an early weekend breakfast, have dinner with friends and family or stay late and see where the night takes you!
